All services and payments made to Campbell Grill Detail are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, chargebacks, or partial credits once a service has been booked, started, or completed.
Grill cleaning and restoration is a hands-on service performed with materials, equipment, labor, and travel time that cannot be recovered after the work is done. Pricing reflects the full cost of showing up and performing the job.
If something about the workmanship doesn't look right, contact us within 7 days at contact@campbellgrilldetail.com or (312) 838-1348 with photos. At our discretion, we may return to address the issue but no monetary refund will be issued.
Any deposits, trip fees, and scheduling fees are non-refundable. By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
