Outdoor Kitchen & Built-In Grill Cleaning
Built-in grills, side burners and griddle inserts collect grease where you can't see it. We clean the whole outdoor kitchen on-site in Evanston, Skokie, Wilmette and the North Shore. We bring the tools, the water and the degreaser, and leave with the mess.

What an outdoor kitchen cleaning includes
- Built-in and drop-in gas grills: grates, burners, heat shields and firebox
- Side burners cleaned and checked for even flame
- Built-in griddles: a $79 add-on, cleaned with the rest of the kitchen
- Stainless surfaces, doors and drawer fronts degreased and polished
- Grease management: drip trays, catch pans and grease cups emptied and stripped
- Test-fire of every burner before we leave
- Before-and-after photos of the job

Masonry built-ins
For fully mortared or masonry-set built-ins, send photos first. Some of those need masonry or fabrication work beyond a detail, and Otis will tell you straight.

- Do you clean built-in grills set into an island?
- Yes for drop-in and cart-style grills built into islands or outdoor kitchens. Those come out and get the full treatment. For fully mortared or masonry-set built-ins, send photos first. Some of those need masonry or fabrication work beyond a detail, and I'll tell you straight if it's outside what I do rather than take your money and guess.

- Do I need to prep anything?
- Nothing. Just point us to the kitchen and to a water spigot if one's nearby. We bring the tools, the water and the degreaser, and leave with the mess.
