Everything below is part of the service. Done on-site, usually in about two hours.
- Scrape and strip baked-on carbon from the flat-top cooking surface
- Degrease the grease trough, cup, and rear catch tray
- Clean under the griddle plate: burners, tubes, and heat baffles
- Remove rust and pitting buildup from a neglected top
- Re-season the steel with multiple thin oil layers to a slick black finish
- Wipe down the cart, side shelves, and hood
- Test-fire every burner and confirm even heat across all zones
- Before-and-after photos of your griddle
Built-in outdoor kitchen griddles
Blaze, Lynx, Alfresco, Coyote and other drop-in griddles set into an outdoor kitchen. $79 when added to a grill cleaning, or from $129 as a griddle-only visit.
- Degrease and scrape the griddle plate
- Clear and degrease the rear grease trough and the grease drawer or cup
- Clean and polish the stainless hood, lid and front bezel
- Check the burners for an even flame
- Protect carbon-steel plates with a light oil coat (stainless plates are polished, not seasoned)

- Can you fix a rusted Blackstone griddle top?
- Usually yes. Surface rust comes off with abrasive pads and a full strip back to bare steel, then we re-season it. Deep pitting or a warped plate is a different story. Send photos first and I'll tell you straight whether it's worth restoring or replacing.
- Do you re-season the griddle after cleaning?
- Always. A stripped flat-top will flash-rust within hours if it's left bare. We build the seasoning back with several thin layers of oil at temperature so the surface is black, slick, and ready to cook before we leave.
- What brands of griddles and flat-tops do you clean?
- Blackstone, Camp Chef, Weber Griddle, Pit Boss, Traeger Flatrock, Halo, and built-in outdoor kitchen griddles from Blaze, Lynx, Alfresco and Coyote. Griddle inserts for gas grills are welcome too.

- Most Blackstone cleanings run 90 minutes to two hours on site, including seasoning time. A full rust restoration can take closer to three.
